Doctor Who actor Matt Smith and former girlfriend Daisy Lowe are the latest celebrities to fall victim to the nude photos hacking scandal.
The pair, who dated for two years but have since split, have had personal photos of themselves leaked online by hackers.
They are the latest celebrities to fall victim to the scandal, which has seen high profile stars such as actress Jennifer Lawrence, Rihanna and Kim Kardashian have their private photos posted online.
Jennifer Lawrence broke her silence on the scandal in an interview with magazine Vanity Fair earlier this week, calling it a “sex crime”.
The incident – dubbed by trending terms of “The Fappening” or “Celebgate” – has sparked anger due to the major breach of privacy.
But they have also drawn attention to the use of ‘cloud’ services, used for storing information online, rather than in a device hard-drive.
Apple said the images had been obtained using a ‘targeted attack’ for information such as passwords rather than a specific security vulnerability in its iCloud service.
