Barbara Palvin on Seasonal Makeup, Skincare & Favourite Product

Hungarian model Barbara Palvin has a simple but stunning take on beauty when it comes to makeup, and now the L’Oreal face has spoken on how her makeup changes with the seasons.

She comments that in summer she tries to go very natural, but in winter she loves to add a little colour to her complexion:

“My look doesn’t change too much, in Summer I don’t really wear too much makeup, and in

Winter I like to wear a little mascara, blush and lipstick.

But that’s it. I like to wear my hair straight and down, but only for about 10 minutes because I always end up putting it up in a little bun!”

The model says her skincare routine isn’t intensive because she is still young, but she does make sure to apply a thick layer of hydrating cream before getting on a flight so her skin doesn’t dry out while she’s on the move. She explained:

“I’m still only 21, so I don’t do too much, but before flying — and I fly a lot — I like to put L’Oréal Paris Skin Perfection Moisturiser on.

I put a lot on, like a really thick layer like a mask so my skin doesn’t dry out, but that’s about it, maybe in five years I can talk about that more!”

Speaking on her best beauty tip, Barbara says she tries to go makeup free as often as possible and also makes sure to keep her skin clear by just washing with cold water twice daily.

She also is careful with her diet:

“If I don’t have to, I don’t wear makeup, and I try to wash my face with cold water twice a day.

Before, when I was younger, my great grandmother told me to drink a lot of milk — but that’s pretty difficult for me now because I’m lactose intolerant, so I’ve got to be careful.”
